I am open to best offer and some negotiation. I am unable to deliver the vehicle, it would need to be picked up. I inherited this vehicle from my grandfather and it has been in many small parades. I unfortunately do not have the time to spend on the vehicle and don't want it to waste away when it could be with someone who will have the time to work on it.
