1952 M38 - Military Jeeps For Sale

1952 M38

It's a Real Military jeep. Not a civilian Willys made to look like a military one. The price is Not Cheap but you cant find this particular Willys in This Condition, Period. This is the rarest model. There were not many made, like other years of production. I searched for this for a quite few years. Theres NO BONDO, rust, rot. this willys was made to serve in Korea and Viet Nam. And many willys/jeep enthusiasts have said to me "THIS BELONGS IN A MUSEUM". NOW for the history. This particular model, was in military bases in California. After it was released from its service duty a Korean war veteran bought it. After that it was bought by a ex service Army captain that ONLY restores M38 models. It underwent a meticulous nut and bolt restoration that took 4 and a half years. I bought it about a year and a half ago. Only circumstances at this time in my life are making me sell it. I will ad more words in the description later. EVERYONE that sees this loves it. It has a repro M1 Garand, and a military club in Utah has a member that made the inch and a half hemp rope in the front these jeeps used for pulling out vehicles in trouble, stuck. By the way, this model is 24 VOLTS....not the 6 volt battery system. There's 2 , 12 volt batteries. You could actually jump start tanks and big deuce and a half trucks. Honestly theres way way way to much to list. If you notice the SNORKEL AND SNORTER. this jeep can ford water about 5 foot deep. It was made for that. Like I said, I will ad to the history/description later. WITHOUT ANY DOUBT, this is probably the finest example on the East coast. Look at the pictures. Questions ask, pictures wanted ask. Thanks for looking. If you email me. I can send many more pictures I have. This site limits the amount. It also has the period correct radio, and the correct and RARE radio mount. The mount is harder to find than the radio itself. The restoration was completed about 5 and a half years ago. It has about 4,600 miles on it. Its garage kept and babied, trust me. I don't know really what else to ad at this time. ALL THE MECHANICS ARE PERFECT. she runs like a clock. Quiet and smooth as if it just came off the assembly line.

Price: $30,000
