Aprox. 50,000 miles
6 Volt
Early 42 Script Ford tub, but engine was replaced at some point with a later model Willys.
Original data plate shows birth date of June 1942 and upon checking the serial number, shows it was assembled in Dallas.
Upholstery and top in excellent condition.
Combat wheels in the back but not the front, as they were likely changed out later in the war - I was told combat wheels were not available when this was built in 1942.
Recently done on the Jeep:
NOS fuel filter, air filter, battery, battery disconnect switch, fuel pump with priming handle, plugs, All new brakes and lines (brake kit), seat belts, brake lights, oil filter and oil change.
I have been restoring this Jeep for the past year.
The following needs attention:
Touch up paint on inside of rear driver's side wheel (brake fluid stripped the paint during brake kit install)
Not currently holding charge, recent devolvement, no time to remedy.
With the Jeep comes : manuals, parts catalog, new oil for oil change along with zinc additive, and touch up paint.
Price: $23,000 or best offer
