My 1942 Willys MB spent most of its life in the desert north of Las Vegas. My 80 year old neighbor was a mechanic most of his life and worked on these when he was young; we did a frame off restoration on the entire Jeep.
The chassis (axels, brakes, bearings, etc) was rebuilt by Central 4 Wheel Drive of Spokane, where it was on display for a month. The engine overhaul was by American Engine in Spokane. Everything was sandblasted, primed, and painted twice.
All replacement parts were from G-503/Ron Fitzpatrick. It has never been wet since the rebuild. Drives great.
Price: $21,000
